What is an AI agent, concretely?
A program that can understand a request in natural language, consult your real data or tools, and act or respond — instead of following a fixed script like a classic chatbot.
Our company doesn't have well-organized data yet, is that a problem?
No — it's the most common starting point. The first step is often to structure what already exists (documents, files, history) before connecting AI to it.
Do you work with companies outside Senegal?
Yes. The studio is based in Dakar but also present in Montreal, Guangzhou and Abidjan — we work with businesses based in West Africa as well as those looking to deploy a solution there.
How long does an AI project take?
It depends on scope: a first targeted tool (automating a specific task) can be delivered in a few weeks; a broader solution is planned over several months, in validated stages.
Do I need a big budget to get started?
No. The approach is to first scope the real need and propose a first useful, measurable step, rather than an oversized project from day one.
What happens after delivery?
We stay available after launch — an AI tool needs to be monitored and adjusted over time, not delivered and abandoned.
